GENERAL CONSULTATION

Whether you want to have your facility or current program evaluated or would like to discuss or review any other issue, an independent, unbiased consultant, can help you prevent costly mistakes and enhance your decision making process for better results. Our aim with any consultation is to instill a sense of confidence that can be easily translated to the consumer experience. We offer you a conceptual approach to the specialty coffee industry,  key terms and its increasingly crucial role in global and local markets. These long form consultations allow us to discuss in detail the practical integration of specialty coffee into your specific business model to help increase profit margins and expand your target market. Consulting can be done over the phone or via e-mail, totaling 4 hours.


EQUIPMENT, SMALL-WARES & VENDOR SELECTION

We offer a consultation service that Includes two 60 minute discussions. In the first consultation we determine the scope of equipment needs, set up, service style, budget, and overall vision of the menu items you would like to offer your customers. The second discussion determines equipment priorities, solidifying options and tradeoffs related to price and budget, so that your best choices are comfortably made. We also include a final document with the coffee bar equipment best suited for your situation based on the two discussions. This list will include machines as well as accessories, smallwares, and addons with a vender list and contact information.

 

BEVERAGE & MENU DEVELOPMENT

$625.00

We work with you to develop and finalize a coffee beverage menu including hot and cold beverages, signature drinks, and possible retail items. All items will be priced using a formulation to ensure the best balance between profitability and competitiveness. We will work with you to logically organize all menu items, price them based on total cost, showing margin options for your evaluation and final determination.

 

TRAINING SEMINARS

$1400.00

One day of hands on on-site training can help you, your team, and employees seamlessly navigate your personalized bean to cup system. This service can include training on machines, education on brewing methods, barista basics, and coffee cuppings. We will help you to learn classic drink recipes and calibrate your system to suit your specific needs.
